Wht I rated them a 1 is because I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes to find out how much they were paying the dollar in Mexico. Tgen I hang uo and call again and it goes to their answering system. I know you're busy but you could have just told me ti call back instead of leaving me hanging.

They made it as difficult as possible to buy a village sticker. I had receipt from previous purchases and the manager made the window clerk take me through changes to buy a $20 sticker. Should’ve waited and gone to village hall, my mistake I admit, but trying to conveniently get sticker since in area of currency exchange. Lesson learned and I’ll never visit them again. Manager looking at me from rear instead of being professional and coming to the window himself. They copied all my info for a $20 window sticker as if I’m running off with something. Again, lesson learned and I hope they enjoy the $2 fee they made forever.

Everytime I come here the ladies in the front seem so confused. A few months ago, I called and asked if they could notarize a bill of sale and I was told they could and they would give me the form for free and notary cost $1. I arrived at the currency exchange five mins after I made the call and the teller at the window said they dont have bill of sales forms that they give out. I told her that I had just spoken to someone and she said I must've called a different place. So while standing at the teller window I called the number that I had dialed earlier and THE PHONE NEXT TO HER RINGS! LOL! So then she frantically started asking who took my call, called a manager then the manager told her where the forms were located. Most recently, I went in there because I bought a car and needed to register it. The teller looks at the title and says that its not complete and that there's missing info. And she started talking fast and kind of snappy and said "if you bought it off of someone then they should know where they got it from right?" I was a little puzzled and so I just said thanks and left. Sat down in my car to look at the blank space that she says was missing info of the dealership where the previous owner purchased the car....it was not! It was the SELLER'S info that was not written in because it was the same as on the front of the title but his signature was there! She also stated that I needed a reassignment form and offered no resource for me to get the form. Went to another currency exchange and they registered my car right away with zero hassles and helped with all forms etc. They need better training or just an accessible resource to get tasks done efficiently and they are turning away money which doesn't seem good for the company.

I went to this location to pick up money from Western Union. First thing the lady told me was “let me see your ID”? I show her my ID and she says “ our owner has her own rules and she doesn’t pay out to Chicago”! First of all I’m a person not Chicago and I actually just moved to South Holland...point being what does it matter where I live? The person that sent the money gave WU the funds, this money isn’t the owners personal cash! Needless to say I will never be back. There are a million currency exchanges, I just happened to be in the area. But I’m sure if she discriminated based on “address” she also discriminates across the board! Just ridiculous!

Don't EVER come here! Treated me like I was a filthy animal for trying to cash a Western Union check. Sign falsely advertises saying Western Union & "We cash ALL checks" Yet they all looked at the Western Union Logo as if it was completely foreign and said "I don't know what that is!" They called the manager up, NOPE never heard of it. Place is a total joke, they expect whoever wrote the check to hand walk you into the building and explain how you earned the money. They REFUSE to make calls on Sunday to the business to "verify" even if the business is open 7days a week. Come back tomorrow, they'll tell you. Just LAZY and RUDE like how dare you walk in and make us do our job. Also had an official check from the state of Illinois gaming Co. for 7 dollars. Wow surprise can't cash that either. Go ANYWHERE but here even if that means waiting to cash your check. They need to shut this place down for false advertising, being inhumane and a waste of space.

Told me I can’t cash a check from my bank because I’m a new customer, then said they can’t cash it cause they can’t vertify it but didn’t even call anyone. Looked real stereotypical and not a straight answer on the reason.

Leslie recently helped with a title transfer. Went over and above with the explanation and was clear about what was needed. Talked to her 3 days in a row and she was great every time. Go see Leslie for a great experience.

The owner has always been so kind and helpful to me and the staff is polite. Made calls and got needed info over days for me to get hubby’s veteran Disabied plate. I highly recommend them! Lines much much shorter than downntgecstreet and better parking!!!!

Very poor customer service, I was denied my check being cashed because I asked A lady named Sara what is the problem. She wouldn't be give me her last name or managers number and I insisted on having her name and she called the police on me. What a joke! I will be calling corporate.
