Illinois Currency Exchange S Ashland Ave, Chicago

I was there today monday 2-4-19 at 8am ish. The woman behind the counter was making coffee turned to look at the line, of about 8 people, forming and just turned her back and continued making coffee. That is ridiculous. Arent your customers more important? Currency exchange higher ups isnt making money your goal? Well you lost yourself a customer today because of your employees lack of customer service.

They customer service over the phone is so distasteful. They really need to work on their phone etiquette. Smh

It’s really annoying when i go to my neighborhood currency exchange and the workers that work there are rude but i go in other areas and they do not act like THAT!

Someone from this branch keeps trying to send checks and make withdrawals from my checking account, using a check one of my contractors deposited there.

Went there to put money on my card the lady who was very nice she gave me what I need quick and proffational we need more works like her in the hood thanks

Over charged the night shift lady robbing everybody I went to load my netspend twice today one with the morning shift she charged me 2.00 like they always do then the night shift lady charge me 3.94 and tell me it’s my fault why she overcharged me and she didn’t give he name or manager number

A pair of thief at this place don't go there with a credit card without checking your money at the window and if they take this post down I'll keep posting it no star not a 1 but a 0 star beware thief

Very rude and lacks customer service will be asking to speak with the owner/manager of this location.
