Terrible customer service, billionaires are more humble than the owner of this currency exchange, you can't ask a simple question because the man rolls his eyes at you & answers very sarcastically. Very very rude, not only to me he was doing this to all the customers, the man has gotten cranky & rude over the years

How is it possible that they close the doors 20 minutes earlier from closing time? I under if its 5 mins or even 10! But not 20! Horrible service !!!!!!

This Place has the most horrible service. The staff has the minimum knowledge of what their work consist of and they will literally curse at you, I myself have seen it and lived it first hand, so its not a she/he told me. You ask them a question and if they don't know how to do what you are asking for they will tell you " I don't know, go to another currency". Now, I am writing this because I live next to this currency exchange and am very aware of what goes on there for the past couple of years. I am not trying to make this place look bad but, insted, hope that the right administration members make adjustments to make this currency exchange a decent one. On a side note, MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THE SERVICE THAT YOU REQUIRE IS WORTH BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA. I hope this is of help to people.

Really bad customer service they are really rude they hardly know how to count the change they are infested with roaches and it's smells really bad once you walk into the place I wouldn't recommend anybody going there unless you're trying to get ripped off
