The staff there are very rude. When you step to the window they look at you like why are you here. It’s sad because they closed the one on 63rd off Cottage Grove. This is the closest one to my house. I understand that they are right by Parkway Gardens and the people they may deal with. But they are still providing a service to the neighborhood. Customer service is a plus when you handling people’s money and their transactions. I’ve been in customer service of 30 years. It’s a shame how we handled each other. Good service and the employees always answer my questions when I need answers

Sad customer service. I stood to the side to fill my bill out before stepping to the window,when I stepped to the window the cashier was scrolling through her phone,while I'm standing there, waiting to be serviced. You don't want me on my phone at the window????? So why is it OK for you to be!!!! Taking my business elsewhere, that's why we don't patronize businesses in the hood!!!! Didn't want to give 1 star but had to in order to post my comment.

It is so sad with a lady in there with baby mama drama attitude - bcos people are from Africa doesn’t give you room to be discriminate. African American u need to fix yourself in this neighborhood with your ghetto conversations. I do come in but the ladies are ok but one in person have an issue

Worst currency ever. They start business at 8:10-8-15. The worker this morning walked right past me didn’t greet me or even apologize for the inconvenience. She had an attitude as if I was wrong for still standing there. Poor customer service. Not to mention this neighborhood is very bad. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
