I was renewing my city sticker (on the last day in which is was valid) and the staff was kind, polite, very helpful. I would have been in and out in 5 minutes if my CC company had not flagged the transaction as fraud. Went here instead of going to the Currency Exchange on Diversey, which you should avoid if you can. This place was a few $ cheaper, as well. Will continue to give this location my business for residency needs, and hope you do too.

Watch out for false start dates on city sticker. Teller tried to tell me because I was late to get my city sticker the city would not only charge me a late fee, but also make me pay for months long before I moved to the city. I told him that makes no sense multiple times until he finally updated the record and reduced my price. I'm giving you a $60 late fee. Just be happy with that.

This place is a joke of a business, they refused to cash a check for the company I work for, a publicly traded company with billions on the bank, with no real reason given. I went to a different location downtown and they were able to cash my company's check with out issue. This make absolutely no sense as this causes me to go a hour out of my way. When you call to ask for assistance they just place you on hold never to pick back up. Worst customer service ever!

The two young ladies that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
