Terrible communication. We recently refinanced our van. This made it so we had to set up auto pay again. I went through the paperwork and sent it back via email. I guess it did not go through. This business calls you restricted so I probably missed a phone call. A month and a half later I find a huge hit on my credit due to non payment. Come to find out my paperwork hadn't gone through or something. Credit is very important to me so this was definitely upsetting. I hope to resolve this issue soon. Hopefully not by contesting it through transunion. I do not know of a notice in the mail or anything but a possible email in hiding in spam.

There phone system does not let you make a loan payment over the phone. Their online information is so complicated that you do need to be a scientist. I leave information up on my computer so to try to get back online easier but it shuts down. None of my other sites screw up like IHMVCU. YOU GO TO THEIR SITE AND THERE'S LIKE 20 THINGS

Worst customer support ever, calls for days with out anyone answering. Can’t check on accounts online or by phone, they don’t send a bill. I’m not sure how they even operate. Corporate office won’t even answer their phone WOW.

I don't understand why everyone doesn't use a credit union.
