Idaho Farm Bur Financial Services Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell

I have a loan through Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services. As an organization, I have not had any issues. Their lack of a quality website and customer account access, however, is a significant issue. Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services does not have any system in place to allow customers to set up auto-payment, look at balances or payment history, make advanced principle payments, etc. Payments must be made by hand written checks or by manually entering account information on a open form. This is an unacceptable issue and will result in me avoiding this company in the future. I'd love to see this issue be resolved.

Horrible business practices from the Boise/Mountain Home branches. Les is a horrible person . His boss Scott is no better. Harassing business tactics. They will call a week before payments are due and continue to call and text until payments are made. And no I am not behind on payments, I have perfect payment history. They threatened repossession for being 1 day late on payments. Have taken payments from the wrong bank accounts on purpose then said oh well, leaving me scrambling to fix their mistake. Never again! 12mths left with this horrible company.

Great customer service and a great finance company for people looking to purchase a snowmobile or a off road utv or ATV.

Good place to finance through! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, easy to make payments, and overall great experience!

They are evasive in answers, seem sketchy.
