Only positive experiences since banking with ICCU. From my personal checking/savings, to my kids’ accounts, car loan, etc. We are very pleased with ICCU!

Awesome staff. The branch manager went so far as to deliver me a replacement debit card when I was stuck at home due to illness so I could pay my bills. Incredible!!

I have been with this bank since i was 14. Today i went in to apply for a credit card and they told me that unless i have prior credit history or a years worth of work history at the same job they couldn’t help me. So i went to a different credit union today and they were able to help me out so i can start building my credit. ICCU is definitely not a branch that i would recommend for younger adults. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been an established member through them, they don’t care nor want to help you out.

Had an excellent interaction with Krystal today. She helped us get several documents notarized and beyond that helped us to organize documentation and all of this was done at closing on a Saturday. Really appreciate the professionalism. Excellent branch clean inside, very well taken care of, staff was engaging and everybody friendly.

I went into the Eagle Rd branch today to see about opening a checking account and also a savings account. I'd been referred by my fiance who hasn't had any issues banking with this credit union, and I'm all for supporting a credit union so the Big 5 aren't holding my assets. I was in fact hoping to close out my other account and transfer all the assets to this credit union when I went in today to talk to one of the account specialists. While the specialist was polite, I have to say I was floored when she told me that not only do they not have any promotions going on, that I had missed the Feb promo and they couldn't extend those outside the promo timeline. I know in the grand scheme of things my funds probably aren't a lot of money for a bank, but it still blows my mind that they would cavalierly wave goodbye to a potential customer over something so trivial as $100. It says to me that the company is not concerned with their clients needs, if something that small doesn't even merit asking the manager on deck if an exception could be made. Correct me if I'm wrong, don't banks and credit unions put a fair bit of time and effort into trying to get new clients? And here one walked in today, but they couldn't be bothered to make even a token compromise. That's really not the sort of company I want to do business with. ***UDPATE*** Quite by accident I discovered ICCU was doing another promotion this Spring and still was looking to create a new account. Not only did they provide the account creation bonus, they also gave a direct deposit bonus several weeks later. The staff were very kind and helpful. All is forgiven, I'm a happy customer.

If I could have left a zero score, I would have. I asked Amy (central phone center) to eliminate my auto pay status on two loans. She assured me she did. Three days later, they deducted them from my account. When I called again, a new rep told me it had never been noted. This has proven to be "status quo" time after time for this bank. My boss is moving all his accounts to Mtn West. Ineptitude at it's pinnacle!

The customer service is consistently exceptional. Every staff member that I have encountered has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always look forward to stopping in for my banking needs.

Very helpful with Dispute Resolution questions against Rose Wholesale....followed up with Fairview Branch to initiate dispute after waiting for any signs of resolution with company failed. ICCU staff always helpful at all branches.

Mike Knight is the greatest! Best car loan experience of my life! They have a customer for life!

This is a nice branch of the ICCU. Nice, new building. Staff has always been fast, courteous, and friendly.
