    Really like the staff, they make it a five star place. For example, Luis Jemmett was extremely helpful with some minor issues I needed help fixing. Stand up guy and exceptional at what he does. Great credit union, great staff. They deserve the 5/5.

    I have been a loyal customer of Idaho Central Credit Union for years. I was happy with the service they provided until this week. I needed to wire some money to my mortgage company. I went to the bank and was being helped but then was told the money was in my account but I had to wait 3 days to access it. That sucks, but I understood. Monday rolls around and I called the number to verify the funds were available. They said they were. I asked if I could do the transfer over the phone. They said I could and put me on hold for five minutes just so someone else could get on the phone and tell me that I had to go back into the branch. So I did. I needed the money to be sent by 1:00 so I went in at 11:45. I finished the paperwork and the teller said I'd get an email in 20 minutes telling me it had been been completed. 12:55 rolls around. No email. I call the number to find out that the teller needed to put a rush on it to get it done that fast and she had not. BUT they could redo the transfer over the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes this time just to get another lady telling me I needed to go into a branch. I sent my wife in and it took her 45 minutes to redo the transfer because they hadn't initially sent it like they promised. No apology. No concern. Just a smug attitude the entire time. Update: I've changed the start rating find from 1 to 3 stars. ICCU contacted me and refunded the wire transfer fee. They apologised for my experience and assured me they would conduct training on wire transfers. More important to me, he discussed my experience in detail and asked for more detailed feedback so they can fix this issue and better serve their customers. I was impressed with the communication and response I received and will continue to use ICCU. I will update this review with my experience going forward. Update: I tried to wire some money from ICCU again today. I was once again blindsided by how inept this bank is with wiring money. My other bank sent way more money with out any issues. I called ICCU and again am told that they won't do wires over the phone. Last time, they said the same thing but then reversed it. Then they transferred me to a "specialist" who hung up on me and after I called back said that they would do wire transfers over the phone for home closings. Great! Except... They need me to have the application notorized in order to do it over the phone. Kind of defeats the purpose of doing anything over the phone. It's MY money. It shouldn't be this hard to get access to my money. The customer service here is terrible. I am closing my accounts

    Normally I have a good visit when I go here! I will say it's the best out of all the other branches but my recent visit was awful! I normally work with the branch manager Bobby, today I worked with Katy Huggins and she was AWFUL! She was extremely rude and condescending and very unprofessional. I'm surprised they would hire someone like that! If I go back in I will NOT be dealing with Katy again.

    Always treated with a smile and have always addressed any issues quickly when I had one. Other banks or CU I have belonged to, I left because the employees hardly ever smiled. That is important to me.

    I'm sure this place is racist I just came in to open an account and they acted like i was very suspicious and i sat down with a finicanial officer to open an account she was rude. Short with her answers and had a terrible attitude, you have no idea how hard it is to not get upset while getting treated like that On top of that all my personal information was never updated correctly.
