Stay clear from them had a great deal of money in my account that they took for themselves and said it was returned however it wasn’t corporate office lies and can’t provide a response with proof fraud is what they commit stay clear of them

I do absolutely love this credit union and I have been a custom since this location opened. I started my children with their first checking accounts here, and they have an awesome program for teens. However, I do have to agree with a few of the other comments about a few of the loan officers. We went in to apply for a student loan for my daughter and to my surprise one of the male loan officers was snide and rude. Other then that the employees have always been extremely helpful, and friendly. Besides the one loan officer, I have always gotten top customer service, and I have several accounts. I really do love this bank and am a customer for life.

I made a call to the credit union on Cleveland blvd in Caldwell to ask about Western Union and after speaking to several people in what seemed to be some sort of screening process i was finally transferred to the actual location but only to be treated by the most unprofessional teller I have ever dealt with, first of all she answered with a simple hi and nothing else, as if I were just calling some random number then when I asked who I was speaking to she abruptly asked what I needed. It is almost as if she had already been briefed on my call from the other 3 or 4 receptionist I had talked to before her. The topper is this lady blatantly lied about even having any Western union services at that location when I know for a fact from a third party that they do indeed have it there, it even says on their website they do. By far the rudest most wierdest interaction ive ever been through at a bank, these people have an agenda what it is I'm not sure but I'm going to find out and I will start off by getting in touch with the BBB as I also have the call recorded. I've seen on past reviews that this is an ongoing problem with them that definitely needs rectified asap

This is a general review, not for this location specifically. Make sure you take note of First and Last names of ANYONE you speak to at ICCU along with their direct numbers. Most of the people at member services will not follow the promises that were kept by other employees even with notes on the account, they are very cold over the phone and do not care what your circumstances are, I will be paying off my accounts with them and then closing the bank account completely, I will not work with a company that treats people like a money bag with no sympathy or understanding.

VERY RUDE AND NO UNDERSTANDING!!!! I purchased a business vehicle and all my payments were on time. I called for a payoff and paid it off. The payoff was wrong and I had to go to the VA for surgery. They refused to let me make the $260 difference with my debit card over the phone. Once I was discharged they finally let me use my debit card and reported me 30 days late on my credit report. They refuse to remove it and just do not care, so why work with them. I have referred many people to them for pre-approvals and that stops now!!! Find an understanding and pro veteran credit union!

My husband and I opened an account yesterday at ICCU with Maria Nunez. It was a really pleasant experience and Maria answered all of our questions and made us feel really welcome to bank at ICCU. She worked through all of the details of our account, even setting up the initial parts of our eBanking accounts. We felt really good as we left the credit union!

We deposited money through their atm to do a phone payment and our money wouldn’t appear so we called the following day and they “fixed” the problem now a month later they decided to remove 110 from our account saying that they deposited twice because of the atm being down so they wanted to get their money back yet they never let us know they just took the money and never told us. To them they deposited twice and in no moment did I see twice the money like they claim to say it’s upsetting because they now lost a client be cautious and pay attention to your bank statements they tend to charge you later on and you never even notice till last minute.
