    Good at getting your oil changed but as far as customer service and follow up HORRIBLE. makes me never want to buy a hyundai again. every time i call to try and get my car in for service to my genesis sunroof that was defective from the beginning they never have a loaner and promise to call back but its been atleast 2 months and still get the same response just leave your name and number and some one will get back to you when we have a car available. youd think they took care of someone with a new genesis which is supposed to be one of their top of the line vehicles

    Absolute worst service department i have ever Used. Incompetent , lazy , slow . The mechanic was supposed to do a simple 20 minute firmware upgrade. Took my car off the lot for over 2 hours. Probably drove home to have lunch. Idiot didn’t know i was waiting fot it. Originally brought it in for inspection. When this Fool of a mechanic brought my car back, they Realized they where out of inspection stickers. I would never use them or buy anything from Them. Ever Also, the sonota I purchased , i had to buy from Riverhead hyundai , because they tried very hard To cheat me out of every dime they could. I laughed Purchased a sonota sport for less then the Sonota SE. they tried to push on me. Just stay away from them for your own good

    ***WARNING*** STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! If it were possible to give negative stars, I would do it here. The service department is an absolute horror show. Dropped my car off because steering wheel was pulling to the side. After being quoted that the car need a "new suspension"... turned out that they only performed a wheel alignment. The charge for an alignment is double the amount of what it would have cost anywhere else. And if I knew that was the problem, and that's what they were gonna charge me, I would have happily gone somewhere else. Also, that "diagnostic fee" that they say you won't pay for if you have the work done there. THAT"S A SCAM.. They put that sucker right on the bill. The Service Manager can't help... That's right, the Service MANAGER... Oh, BTW... found this out when I picked up the car 2 DAYS LATER!! Really?? 2 days for an alignment??? This is a complete S*** show in every sense.

    Ana Lopez was great to work with she is very personable and hardworking. She worked her butt off to get me the best deal and exactly the car I wanted. She goes above and beyond her job and any other salesperson. I would strongly recommend working with her she knows her stuff!

    Terrible experience with service dept.! Brought my car here a couple of months ago for servicing and a simple repair. Was told by service advisor Teresa that no repair was needed as mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. Problem still existed and I took my car to a reliable private mechanic and his shop fixed the problem with no BS'ing around like they do at mid island Hyundai! Beware of this service dept. as they say they did perform the service you requested but you later find out that they DID NOT!! Checked my oil after they supposedly changed it and the dipstick clearly showed dirty oil on it. How can you charge someone for this service if your not actually doing it? And needless to say, look at the distrust this place creates and the potential danger to your car's life when they overlook or intentionally do not perform regular maintenance that is necessary to keep your car running! The service dept. staff walk around looking like "zombies"!! They have an unprofessional and very rude attitude and if you dare ask them a question be prepared for a dirty look and a nasty response!! DO NOT use mid island Hyundai service dept. (Teresa or anyone else here) if you need service or repairs for your vehicle. Go somewhere you can receive reliable and trustworthy maintenance for your car - you won't get that HERE!! Going to report them to Hyundai America - a place like this should not be allowed to stay in business ripping people off the way they do!!

    This establishment is a disgrace and so is everyone inside of it. They should not even be getting a 1 star rating for the experience they provided me. CROOKS, LIARS, JOKES, please do not go here if you are looking for a vehicle. Steven Cardoza, such a sad excuse for a car salesman. Steven personally texted me, stating that a bank had approved me for a loan. When I came back to the shop, it was a completely different story. Steven was SO desperate to get my money, as I'm in my car ready to leave, he asks if he can show me one more car to "make things better". Steven Cardoza literally showed me a car that was not even on display, or ready to sell. Steven Cardoza had me test drive this dirty Honda Accord. This car had 65,000 miles LESS than the car I was originally looking at. Steven had told me they would honor the same price on this car, compared to the original Honda I was interested in. As I am in my car AGAIN ready to leave, Steven runs (surprisingly) out to my car and asks me to put a deposit down on the car that was not even on display. I put almost $1,000 down on this car, we scheduled a meeting to finalize everything within the next few days. In that time I am in touch with Steven making sure everything is taken care of, he confirms with me, yes. 4 hours before our meeting, he tells me the car failed inspection, reason being a leak or something with the transmission. That is when I knew Steven Cardoza is lying SOB. Myself and my mother go down at our scheduled meeting time. Steven Weasel Cardoza is M.I.A. This caused all of his whacked-out colleagues to get in the middle of my deal with Steven. Wish I got his name, but the salesman that sounds like he has 7 shafts lodged down his throat, tried telling me that I put my deposit down on a DIFFERENT CAR, then shaft swallower tried telling me, "Oh, the 2008 Honda Accord? the original owner sold that car to someone else already." These people have no idea how to run a business, or how to even lie well. Clearly I was upset and one of Steven Cardoza's colleagues, the African American woman, thought it was appropriate to laugh and snicker at the situation in her little cubical. When we called her out on it, she tried saying she was just doing her work, looking at her computer. PRIOR to this she decided to involve herself in our discussion. When I asked for an immediate refund in cash, the woman took it upon herself to get involved and proudly said, "we don't take cash." Interesting input, because uh, her colleague Steven gave me an option TO pay cash. After making Centereach Hyundai look and feel as dumb as they are, I will make sure all prospecting customers aware of the dump this place is. Danielle G. I do not want any fake follow-ups in my situation. As my mother has already been in contact with you, and you have FAILED to get back to her within the "hour". It has been 3 days and we are still waiting to hear from you. Despicable.

    Horrible experience after a long history of being loyal to this dealership. After 11 cars bought they changed the price of the car during the paper signing process. Car went from 36k to 43k on the paperwork. Nothing we could do after signing it even though we have proof of the agreed price of car plus the window sticker. Avoid this dealership!

    Long wait for service for recall. Was told its busy so about 1 hour. So I said, ok, I'll wait. I would have walked home if I was told it was going to take 2.5+ hours. But did appreciate that they didn't push anything else on me. They suggested that soon I would be needing tires and a battery. I have a 2014 with 28k miles. I was told there that they don't make tires like they used to.

    I have now purchased my 2nd preowned vehicle with Chris and Eric. I will have to say they worked very hard on getting me into these cars. Thank you for all your help. I wont go anywhere else. The customer service great.
