Huntington Bank Phoenix St, South Haven

We feel ignored by this branch in particular. My wife applied for a car loan through them and we come back several times asking for a yes or no . They always said yuo dind submit this or that , than also said we will call you whenever we have an answer on it . They never call us we come back , and ask again than he said ho i have forgotten to let you know you where turn down . This is just in acceptable in my opinion.. thanks

South Haven branch takes so long to go through the drive thru. It will be real bad during the summer when you cant hit a ATM anywhere except right down in the middle of town. Really need a ATM location somehere out of the center of town to make it easier for some of us.. 1/2hr in the drive thru with only one car in front of me, pretty SAD.

I deposited an electronic check then left I received a phone call from Ryan bank manager he claimed and stated he canceled the deposit they do not except electronic checks

These people have been holding my check and wouldn’t do anything about it. Got my check on Fridaythey put it on hold. it’s the now nezt Thursday, and my check is still on hold. The branch manager was not helping at all just saying the same things the tellers did. (Which was three different dates and still no money)
