Damion the redheaded gentleman is always a very kind and smiling face who is always professional and helpful. In todays word of technology i often only stop in when i have an issue to resolve which can be a stressfull interaction. When i see he is available however however i know i will be well taken care of. I have never had a problem here at the rockville road location but he in particular stancxsout.

THE GOOD: -Good customer service at the branch! -Ben Tupi is a energetic, jovial, and straight-to-the-point manager. -They have a Safe-door mechanism at the entrance to stop someone in case of carrying a weapon. THE BAD: -Location: needs better access to eastbound travelers. -Parking lot: Many customer confuse the exit of the parking as an entrance. Building needs BIGGER driving signs or they need to create an updated traffic patterns.

Seem to CONTINOUSLY have technical issues... was trying to process a payment and their service was down.. anytime there is inclement weather it is a reoccurring theme. Interesting these things arise whenever large amounts of money are placed in their bank. In my opinion this is a form of withholding money how very stupid of them and the very reason I prefer to place larger sums of money into chase bank.. which seems to never have issues.

worst experience ever! the branch manager at this branch is really disrespectful and super proud! Her name is Rineeta White. Everyone should watch out for that lady, have spoken to customer online and am still planning on filing a complaint against her. I hope they really do something

Cashiers are incompetent of following simple directions and have no problem wasting your time.. FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!

Nice bank, they just really need to move the atm away from the building and not in a drive thru lane...it really slows everything down.
