Huntington Bank W Addison St, Chicago

Awful experience continues. Trying to get assistance is futile. I continue to transferred to the wrong department, the call center does not have a clue in what they are doing. I would stay way far away from Huntington Bank

Called in today because Huntington refuses to send me money that I am owed. I being keep sent back to merchant to receive my refund. Due to the anti-money laundering laws they are unable to send it to a different payment. called in and Nick was the absolute condescending rudest individual no wonder he works for Huntington bank because they have proven to have the worst customer service 45 minutes to an hour long hold because they are constantly constantly having issues he was extremely rude and I will be reporting him as well as the bank to as many people who will listen and tourney general CFPB Better Business Bureau and I’m gonna go over there today so he can talk to me the way that he did on the phone I guarantee he wouldn’t do it. go talk to Cesaer at the Pulaski location was much more helpful and respectful.

Always feel like family when I'm there. They know me by first name and greated with a smile. I never feel hurried. This place and the employees are amazing.

Very disappointed with the manager Nick. He was disrespectful, rude and gave me a ridiculous call that I don't have time for. Only call for something important!!!!!
