Huntington Bank Ashland Rd, Mansfield

Went in today at 11:28 a.m. to open an account. I was told to come back, but to call first to make sure someone is there to open an account. I was also told they wouldn't help me today since they close at noon. Oh well, my money is worth more than the poor customer care this bank gave me.

I have banked here since 1983. They are always kind, and very helpful.

I went to Ashland Rd bank in Mansfield and its seems every time I have a bad experience with the tellers being super rude or saying I don't have an account. I was speaking to a woman yesterday and the drive thru and instead of her letting me finish telling her they just changed my address, she walked away from the mic and just brushed me off, then I pushed the button to speak with her and another woman came and said real nasty like, just give her a minute and she will figure it out referring to the other teller. I think my worse mistake was trying to bank with Huntington although Ontario and Lexington ave have so very nice people.

The staff is very caring, I have bank at this specific location since 1998.

Much better then other banks I've done business with. The staff is well trained and is friendly. And they practice good business ethics.
