Christina has been very helpful and has made my experience with Huntington fantastic! I would suggest them to anymore looking for a new bank or business account.

If you are thinking about getting merchant services with this bank, I would highly suggest reading this first. I own a website and was looking for a merchant service to process what is considered "high risk" products since my previous merchant account was suspended due to this. When speaking to the merchant account representative, I specifically asked if their processing company processed "high risk" transactions. He told me yes since he just signed someone on, selling similar products. A month later, First Data, their processing company suspends my account because of this. Due to the merchant account representative's lack of knowledge, his lack of NOT following up on his words and lack of NOT passing vital information to me as a customer, I am out for over $500 within a month. This may not be much, but I am on a tight budget with my company and has crippled my start. I'm almost going under with a business that I have started about 6 months ago and have worked hard, day in and day out, every single day. Also, in the beginning I had to pay a lot of fees to First Data because the representative did not tell me that there was an initial set up fee of $299. All he stated was that there was a monthly fee of $20 for the processing and $20 for insurance. In the end, I had to shell out another $100 due to fees on top of the $299 excluding the bank fees. It has been a nightmare since day one and I am just kind of glad it's over. I can't believe as a bank that is doing business with other businesses that they did not tell you some of the most important details and has not done anything. All they did was set up the account with First Data and that was it.

I have been banking here for the past couple years and have been highly satisfied with their customer service. Their hours of operation are awesome!

I like Huntington but this one in particular sucks just went there with a friend who is a member and tried to cash my check as a third party and wouldn't let me because my ID was expired even though I had my soc security card and and two more forms of identification it's ok because we went to the one in linden and they did it with no problems

They're always really helpful and willing to answer questions.

Don't waste your time go to the one on m-59 if necessary. Staff is incompetent and unhelpful.

Their jews are the thrifty-iest, therefore your money is in safe hands here.
