Huntington Bank County Rd, Burnsville

I can confirm the other reviews are consistent with my experience. Burnsville branch was pretty bad when it was TCF; after the change to Huntington it's even worse. I can only assume poor/incompetent management because Eden Prairie is almost always great. They may be understaffed (everybody is), but the staff that's there also seems confused by relatively simple transactions (ex. Cash a check for $39.85 and send a dime and a nickel with it and it's like you asked them to build a rocket)

It took me SIXTEEN minutes to cash one check after sending the "tube" from the drive through area. The "manager" said that they were understaffed today (Sat AM), and had a long line of Customers inside. I immediately went into the lobby, and found 2 Customers being helped, and 1 Customer in line waiting. 52+ year Customers.

Has got to be the WORST bank around. Lobby is closed and open by appointment only, forcing everyone into the drive thru for every transaction. Trying to cash a check I had to pull out of line twice cause I could not wait any longer. Over 25 minutes each time. The third time I tried to cash it I waited for 30 minutes and finally got to speak to a teller. BUT they wouldn’t cash my check cause it was in my name and my wife’s name and her signature wasn’t on it. We have the same account. The teller then proceeded to tell me that I could deposit it through the app by taking a picture. Defeats the purpose of me trying to CASH it. I needed cash. I was also referred to the ATM where I could deposit it there. It seems they want as little interaction with customers as possible. And the interaction you do get is not pleasant.

The bank closed it's branch on the very important location in Burnsville on County 42 across the Burnsville Mall. They require to setup an appointment. Do they buy a grosseries by appointment only??? Terrible customer service. I miss a TCF bank.

This bank doesn't even deserve a one star. I just spent over an hour in the drive thru because their lobby is never open. I had been with TCF for over 40 years. This bank is a joke!

Huntington Bank is the worst bank. If you wanted to have a bad day every day then feel free to bank with them.

Right after I gave Savage one start I called Burnsville and all the sudden them and Lakeville are closed.

The slowest rudest works and bank.

Their ATM stole $200 from me and they refuse to reimburse me or let the video go to prove it. Bank anywhere but here! Your mattress is a safer place to keep your money!
