I filed a complaint with the State Licensing Board against Kelleen Kerchner. It is currently being investigated. Be very careful if you are dealing with her. There are many other real real estate agents out there and it would be in your best interest to find another one.

By far the most unprofessional real estate company I have ever worked with. Our assigned realtor would cancel showing houses or move times without asking.i devoted an entire day to looking at properties with them and they canceled. Don't waste you time with this company as there are far better ones out there

I haven't bought a house yet, but my realtor has been super patient with me as we looked at a ton of homes. When they weren't available to show something, one of their co-workers came out to show me the house so I could see it that day!

My agent was so kind, but she took advantage of the inspections and bought the house I was going to buy. Faces we see but hearts do not know. Be careful.

One of the agents there took me to properties I did not like and acted very suspicious. Make sure you bring a camera with you and take pictures or videos of the properties for each visit if you use this agency to view properties for sale.

By far the worst experience we have ever had. Be careful with these people. Don’t pack even after a sale bc chances are you’re really not going anywhere. Can’t solve even the simplest of problems, let alone the complex ones.

I had a great experience with John Holtzman. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.
