Great rate on my boat loan, but terrible service. They are painful to get ahold of, and when I did get ahold of them they were incompetent. After 4 years of being a satisfied customer I sold my boat and needed the title. They were unable to provide it to me for 6 weeks out of sheer incompetence. It ended up costing me $1000.00 becuase of the delays, none of which they were able to help cover the cost for. They were basically unapologetic when they realized they could have dont it faster as well. 0/10, would not repeat

I would rate 0 stars if i could. I go into a branch location and they suggest that I should use the website instead. Fine. The website is terrible, will not support chrome, in 2016?? Really? They can not take payments over the phone. Their own website charges 7.95$ for a payment. Absolutely avoid this credit union unless you live directly next to it, or its convenient to physically go in every time you need something.

I just opened an account with Horizon and I am very unhappy with the credit union: errors in the account processing and impossible to get through to someone in a timely way to answer my questions and concerns.

My experience has always been great. Exceptional customer service!

I like the service but the only thing I wish for is that it would be open on Saturdays
