I have been a member for years and I’ve had several cars and my home finance through Hope; however, I can NEVER get anyone on the phone to answer any questions or concerns I may have. This for me leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially when it deals with my money. Online banking is not always the answer. Hope has got to do better with employees answering the phone for their customer and having a higher numbers of call volume is not a good excuse. Hire more people.

I went to the bank two days I only got professional women each time! They explained everything to me and for the most part they gave me a chance at building my credit! Very professional staff! They answered the calls and emails promptly! I’m a very satisfied customer! Arba Street location ROCKS😇😇🥳😎

DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT. I have an auto loan but my experience has not been worth the lower interest rate. The customer service is awful. And their system must be from the 80s, because they complain about requests to access my information. The call center is not competent either. I have financial goals and once they are met, I'm tranferring all my business elsewhere.

Financed a vehicle with them. They had to install a GPS system in the vehicle before we could drive the vehicle home, had to drive over 2 hours back home and would have to come back the next business day and get the vehicle. After driving another 2 hours to retrieve the vehicle the next business day, we ended up having to pay to have brake wiring and all kinds of power wires rewired, after their technician that installed the GPS system in the vehicle, cut all the wiring under the dash to get power for the GPS system. We have tried calling Tri-Rivers multiple times to resolve the issue but no one returns our calls and we keep getting put off on another party and it was not "their fault" all of the wiring was cut.......my husband should have left the vehicle at the dealership that he bought the truck from and told them to keep it!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!!! All they have been is a headache ever since we have purchased the vehicle.

Out of date! All the way around. The phone and online system is out of date and slow. The elders in the bank are very rude! But I respect my elders. And the “convince fee” is no convince it’s ridiclous it’s too high and shouldn’t be in place. If you can avoid it refinancing a car or anything like that GO SOMEHWERE ELSE. If you already here keep Up with your payments and switch credit unions

When i call the local number or the 866 number they both go to a call center that take a very long time to speak to anyone, at least 15 minute hold time and when i leave a call back number they have never cslled me back.
