Tony worked fast, did an in-depth review with me, and took extra time and steps to assist me in getting the best rate for a refinance loan to convert one property into a rental and also a new purchase loan. Tony is Amazing! I had problems with my credit and we were trying to refinance our home and Tony was great with us. Very communicative and honest every step of the way. The first time the loan just didn't make sense and he was honest that it was totally not worth it at the end. So we went with a different loan and with my credit situation he found a way to make it happen. He is excellent at what he does and knows how to help with any situation. We were finally able to refinance and we lowered our mortgage payments by $500 which was an amazing feeling for our wallets. He is someone you definitely want on your side to help with a refinance or home purchase.

I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and accessible Daren was through our process. He called me back on the weekends when I had questions about the underwriting process. He and his team were in regular contact by phone, text, and email. I was so impressed that I had him do a refinance for my parents. We closed within 30 days. My parents were unfamiliar with the loan process and paperwork required. Daren was very patient with my parents and explained everything in detail. I will refer him to friends and family.
