Kristen Lewis at the Dowagiac office was more than helpful. She was very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her. She is definitely a great asset for Honor Credit Union. Thank u so much Kristen!!

Kristin has gone above and beyond any other bank. We opened a business Md personal accounts with multiple users and it took a few hours. I didn't feel rushed at all and she took her time going through all of my questions.

This credit union is awesome!! I have been with them for 5 years and have had a great experience with them. The customer service is out standing and the really do care for the members.

I applied for a HELOC loan to finish some home repairs before selling our home next spring. I was dealing with Jamie Maki. I tried to be patient, as every email I sent would go unanswered for days until I would send another email demanding a reply. If you are looking for a loan, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. I am still waiting for info about cancelling the application, and what the excuse is going to be for the treatment I received. They did apologize and admitted they dropped the ball, but for me it just painted a picture of how they do business at Honor. Edit- this review is not intended for the dowagiac branch, I have no experience with them so I can’t speak as to the job they do. This review is directed at the heloc loan department, which I have no clue where it is located. Edit- just spoke with customer service and was assured the situation was going to be a positive experience from here on out. Really appreciated their attempt to make the situation right.

Could not be more pleased with Honor Credit Union! Janie Reifenberg is fabulous to work with and always gets things taken care of in a timely matter! Our PPP loan was flawless and her work with the community is amazing and we are lucky to have her. Kudos to Honor and the entire team!

i Have edited my earlier review because they have made great strides in their customer service. One lady even knows me by name ☺️ I love her. (But there is still a slightly rude worker I won’t name names) I haven’t given 5 stars because the lobby could be more child friendly for the stay at home moms and it could use a public bathroom. Although while I was very pregnant they let me use the personal one thank goodness. Keep up the great work I keep coming back for more. First it was a checking account, then we refinanced our truck, next will be a credit line and home loan ❤️ Update on the home loan. Don’t let them talk you into running your credit if you’ve ever had a bankruptcy! Doesn’t matter how much you make or how good your credit is or if your bankruptcy was half a decade ago! It might only be 3 points it lowered our score but it takes 2 years to get that hard inquiry off . I’m not happy about this
