HomeTrust Bank - Clyde Carolina Blvd, Clyde

I am a newer customer to home trust bank. Thus far I have been super impressed with their customer service. Most recently, Stephanie (Clyde branch) went above and beyond to help me with some paperwork in an effort to secure my very first home loan! I recommend to all!

I called with concerns about fraudulent activity based on a call I received. The lady helping me with this call was thorough and helpful. She checked all possibilities and added notes to my account about the incident. I felt much relief after speaking with her.

It's always a pleasure to transact business with the Home Trust Bank in Clyde. The people are unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable , and they're willing to spend the time with you to make sure your experience is a good one. I wouldn't consider banking with anyone else.

So far I’m not happy with this bank. I canceled a payment to my mortgage and used bill pay to remake another payment; and they paid them both! I got my truck statement and used bill pay. Not only do they not have any records of the transfer, but they didn’t send an alert, and charged for late fees. While I was happy they at least refunded the fees, they seem to have problems with their services. Update, they have absolutely no idea how to cancel a payment on their own online services.

I have banked at HomeTrust for many years 36 years plus even before they changed the name has been the best bank throughout my lifetime and will Bank there into the end of my life that is how good hometrustbank is to me

I have used Hometrust Bank for over 30 years. Both Clyde and Waynesville locations have excellent customer services and are always friendly and attentive. . I would recommend this bank to anyone.

HomeTrust Bank especially the Clyde location is a terrific bank! Their support of its local businesses I consider beyond what is expected! They go out of their way to show community support! They open their Board room to local groups to use..they open it to Bible Study groups too! Wow! If that isn't supporting your community ..and it's just a beginning to what they do! However Pat Owen is missed and now the corporate feel is creeping in as you see in so many places! Hopefully they will allow the small business feel to continue. .and continue to show support even financially to the local small business! Way to go girls in Clyde!

DO NOT BANK HERE THEY LET PEOPLE STEAL YOURE MONEY!!!! They keep letting money go out of my account when ive told them that its not me using the account. I havent used the account in months. Yet they send me a letter saying theyre turning it over to a debt agency. Ill be closing my account. Its shameful to me that companies like this can exist

The employees are very nice and always helpful.
