HomeTown Bank has been my bank for over 10 years and I have been very pleased with the services provided there. From checking, to savings, to loans, it's a great place to bank!

Last week I stopped at Hometown Bank in St Peter to look into opening an account with them. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Madelyn had as we got me into the account that fit me best. Thanks Hometown Bank & Madelyn.

Years ago I came in not having the best track record. Kathy was beyond kind and wonderful and gave me a chance. She got me set up and she was well, she was just SO nice. Same goes for Bob Southworth. His kindness with NEVER go unnoticed. Thanks to all of you! I also wanted to say how amazing Seth is. Even when he’s busy he never makes you feel rushed 😊

I am sure more often than not the people here at this branch are pleasant and easy to work with. My experience is different. Bob the president of the bank will get upset with you if you tell him the customer service is less than par and will rase his voice. Find someone else to work with if you expect people to lesion and take your constructive criticism in a positive manner and improve from it. I did read the other reviews and like I said from the start it may be the exception but we are defined not by our mistakes but by how we fix them.

People are nice. But I love my online banking company more. Take as much as you want out and no overdraft fees. And their app works 24/7. Hometown app never works!!!

At Hometown Bank, we receive kind, prompt customer service: but what is exceptional is that the employees here treat us like old friends and explain the details of the home mortage loans in understandable manner.

Jenny Michels was a great person to work with and was very patient with obstruction of the covid affecting supply issues.

What causes you to distrust a group of people because of their religion? Think about it carefully. Jesus, you know, was Jewish. Most of the apostles were Jewish. The forefathers of the early Christian church had a big discussion about whether non-Jewish people should first convert to the Jewish religion before they could become Christians. Look up the early days of the Christian church. You don't seem to know very much about it.

I needed assistance with a notarized document and the team here was of incredible help! Not from the area but if I was, they would be my bank of choice.
