Extremely pleased with the professionalism, compassion and efficiency of Homebridge and, in particular, with David Orr. I recently finalized a significantly difficult home refinance and felt supported and truly listened-to throughout the process. Every hurdle was approached with the attitude of "let's see what we can do next." I sincerely felt like part of a team rather than trudging through the process alone.

Terrible service I've called multiple times it has a million different automated section you finally get to hold for a service representative and then it rings once and ends call. Or you just sit there with silence and nothing happens. I got through once and she immediately transferred me to another operator and then I waited forever and no one ever answered.
