Where do I start off, I’ve been house shopping since March 19 with my realtor Dustin. I ended up using my previous loan officer for my 2nd home. After being denied 3 times due to debt to ratio and my husband employment for 1year of 1099, I knew still not to give up. Our realtor introduced us to #TeamRichard#, and I just want to say how blessed and thankful I jumped on that ship. Richard was available to listen to me day/night.
