We have bought our home back in May '18 with the Hill Team. It was originally a bit difficult, given we had only 2 years history in the country, we needed to get gift funds in, etc. but Hill Team made it easy. I am very happy that I followed the advice about working with a local, reputable mortgage team. Now, in only 9-10 months, we were able to refinance with Hill team to take advantage of year-low rates. We got rid of the PMI (which was significant) and cut additionally 10% off the principal+interest. And it was as easy as it can get, again. And we were able to work with a funding company with a better reputation which was the icing on the cake. Maybe I might have been able to shave a few bucks more off my bill (maybe not) by shopping around, but I didn't even think about it, plus most of the time it is not worth the time spent. Trust and peace of mind are more important to me. I would not be able to buy my home at all if I did not meet Scott and Lisa. Scott and Lisa are like a yin-yang. They make a perfect team, and it is for the benefit of the customer!

Scott and Lisa Hill are incredible and the dream team when it comes to mortgages. We were referred by some family members who worked with them in the past.
