Bought 2014 Ford focus which has continued to have transmission problems... Has stalled out on me 2 times and lurched into neutral once. Also shudders horribly on taking off. Took it to the service department AGAIN and was told there's nothing wrong with it!!!! Are you freaking kidding me!?! Needless to say I will be contacting a lawyer

you would be wise to never use hilbish ford, especiallyf you are a women, they ripped off the wife to the tune of $384. and all she wanted was a lube job which was advertised @$35. service mgr said quote, (i should have been with her. which means to me the outcome would have been different had i been along es,, they claim she authorized but guess what, she was never told the cost until she got the bill.

great dealership.all service is done right the first time in a timely manner. friendly staff with answers to questions you may have. i highly reccomend hilbish ford for both service and new or used car purchases

Terrible experience. I was looking online for a honda accord. I filled out some information and saw the car the next day. Five minutes after leaving the lot, I got an email saying the car was sold. Yet, the car was in service. I saw it for myself. During the test drive, I told the salesmen, William Crumpler, what I wanted to pay and he said he would get me close. Close is apparently a relative term. When I left the negotiation, Mr Crumpler yelled at me and told me to sit down. His animated associate thought he could bully me because of his size and raising his voice. The "someone else is looking at the car tactic" was also not appreciated. Living in Concord for 7 years, I have always appreciated the quality of service received. I am sad to say I did not get good service here.

Bought a used vehicle there. I have had it less than 30 days here is a list of issues I'm having that I am getting no help on 1 horn doesn't work on the car, I found this out after almost getting hit when another driver didn't pay attention. I told them about this and they shifted blame to me 2. My CV axels are bad on the car... again never noticed during this vehicles inspection 3. My airbag light comes on and off constantly 4. Warning light indicating that the traction control on the vehicle is off or causes the car to break traction on its own 5. Issue with the convertible top (this was the only know issue to me) the subsequent water damage in the interior of the car however was not.

The whole team at Hilbish was awesome. My car sales.an Chris Powe was exceptional. They got my payments below what I asked for. I will refer everyone I know to get a car from them
