She’s always available to answer questions- and if you’re like me, going through a refinance for the first time- you have PLENTY of questions and anxiety. Julie was always there for me through Highland Mortgage. The loan closing process was super easy; everything was sent electronically and I got to sign everything in real time. Also, they arranged a notary to come to my home!! This was great and super easy. Highly recommend!!!
