Ashby was knowledgeable, professional and personable throughout the entire process. The whole mortgage process went smoothly with no issues and as far as I can tell the costs were kept to a minimum, i'll be recommending Highlander mortgage to friends and family in the future.

My experience with Scott was great!! Its amazing how much money he saved me, I was about to make the worse mistake IRT refinancing my mortgage until I talk to Scott and he ran the numbers. Over the years, I have had multiple loans and a few refi deals. With my first few experiences at other places being less than ideal, I sought references from others to see who they liked. Two separate friends recommended Scott, and I am so glad they did. I've now been working with him for the last several years across a few companies he has worked with. He is a no-BS guy. He tells you for what you will or will not qualify, what documents you need and by when, and then works his tail off to make sure it gets done. I have yet for a deal to fall through since I've been working with him. It is not only because of his attention to detail, but as well his ability to get any team he works with to get things turned around quickly. In his industry, you need skills in multiple areas, and I think his biggest asset is his social skills and street smarts: there are a LOT of issues that come up with with real estate agents, their clients, title companies... the industry is riddled with less-than competent players... and he gets them all in line. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Scott is absolutely the guy you want on your team when trying to buy a house. He will bend over backwards to go to bat for his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding finance and housing laws and regulations. He is availabile for calls and texts and is always prompt to respond.
