Hector Cardenas is the best. He actually answers his phone, and responded every single question with patience and understanding. He checked in on me every step of the way, and expedited the loan process by actually being attentive and on top of the loan. All documents were easy to upload into the system, and electronically sign lots of documents. Hector carries his team because he is customer oriented . He's very professional and sympathetic. Thanks
