I just had the best experience with Mary Jane Garvey. You can most definitely tell what she is talking about as she is every knowledgeable. I was simply able to open an account with her and it was just a smooth process. I am extremely excited to continue working with Mary Jane with my financial needs. I highly recommend as they are super friendly here and definitely experienced.

I was very pleased with my mortgage transaction. Took very little effort to get the documents submitted. I met with the loan officer at a local branch and it was seamless. The only improvement I would like to see is a more state of the art app, or website that is a bit less archaic. It seems outdated and you can't really do much with it other than view your balance.

This bank was a great bank until they merged with Heartland Bank and Trust Co. It sees as this bank is behind the times with an outdated app, old website, login fails that require you to call in to reset passwords. They also don't offer many of the standard options that larger banks offer. Though the staff is great - friendly and courteous.

Go there if you want to wait. This is my second experience and that's why writing review now. First time 20 minutes for a banking transaction and second time 20 minutes for a notary and I left without doing it. Please hire more staff
