SHARK LOAN!!! worst ever!!! please report them to Better Business Bureau. I have filed my claim already! they pretty much do whatever they want to get the money! please call your bank they do the fraud to your credit account too. AGAIN !! WORST EVER! I even called the Bank, even the bank was like HEALTHCARE claimed they did not received payment even their system is down!!! PLEASE REPORT THEM AND LET'S SHUT DOWN THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

When I call Customer Service I think it’s amazing when the people you speak to are kind and polite and also knowledgeable about the service.
