They're so great they was reasonable nd respectful even when I was late on some payments I called told them we figured it out together 💯💯🎯 I'm looking for another car now 👀👀👀👀

I have been a client with home credit for about two years now. Kathleen Watts went out of her way to make sure I got approved for a personal loan When nobody else would give me a chance and thanks to her I’ve been able to build up my credit and will be going to see her in about a month to look into a car loan. She not only helped me get the loan she has literally came to my home to get my payment bc I couldn’t get there in time just so I wouldn’t get a late fee. I will always praise her and all her hard work. Kathleen Watts is the most professional, understanding, and empathetic employee they have I will always be grateful for her and all she’s done. Definitely will be seeing her soon to get that new car 🚗👍👏🏼

Kathleen and company are very rude for no reason and act like they hate their jobs. Been impacted by Covid on more than one occasion and they don’t even care. Terrible company and won’t do business with them again. Oh yeah. The website sucks.

I tried to get a loan from them years ago they turned me down for 500 dollars and my car title. They finally have it too me when i took my step mom up there who was a customer. I paid it faithfully every month and even paid it off early . I went back a few weeks ago to get help get me a car. I was thinking i would be good because of me be so good on my previous loan but they flat out refused. So the hell with this place and the guy that works there is a jerk no a people person.

The staff are amazing they have always been great and reasonable. I have had some serious medical issues recently, I have been a customer for years and they have gone above and beyond to help me through my tough times.

Will NEVER do business with these people again!!!!!!! We had a car financed through this company , made payments ON TIME for almost 3 years.. My husband has one more payment left on his car and asked if the payment could be deferred for being out of work from hurricane Florence and they told him that they couldn’t do that or give him an extension. Instead , they wanted to offer him a loan that would require him to use his car as collateral , then ass rape him with no lube on the interest rate for the loan so that he would owe them double .. Never again !!!!!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to do business with this company.. I wish that I could have given them a zero star rating .. Congrats on losing another customer!

We purchased a vehicle from them and we spoke them on numerous occasions about payments. They told us how much to pay and when to pay it,but they came late that nite and picked up the vehicle. We paid the money to get it back and we didn't get it until two days later. When we went to get it we inspected the vehicle we saw dents that were not there before. Also they removed our new battery and replaced it with a salvage one, so we had to spend more money on another new battery. This company was very unprofessional about how they handled things. So if you want professionalism do not use home credit as your loan choice. In my other-halfs words they are crooks, they only want the money and don't care about the clients.The towing company they use are not professional either.

Worst experience I ever had in my life no lie. I've been with these people for 2 years paid them off and everything. Everytime there's a time of crisis they never supported me when I needed them most and I'm talking small dollars loans.

I have referred many people to Home Credit in New Bern over the years wheather it was for a small personal loan or for help with their basic transportation needs and they have helped when others couldn't. They are a local business serving local people. Good people to deal with.

Jeff should lose his privileges to answer the phone/get another job if he doesn’t wanna answer questions about an account. Was completely rude, and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business here.
