Hayward Mitsubishi provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a dealership. I first submitted a request online, through the Mitsubishi website, for a quote on 2/18/19. I received a generic automated email from Georges Najjar, the GSM, but then no follow up. I sent a follow-up email on 2/21/19. No response. I finally received an email on 2/25/19 from Georges asking if he is "answering all of my questions." I replied no, and that I requested a quote a week earlier. Then no response again. Finally, on 3/5/19 I get another email asking if "one of the internet specialists has followed up on my request." I said no, and that I was disappointed with the customer service. Then no response or follow up email. I finally decided to call the dealership on Fri, 3/8/19, 18 DAYS AFTER my original request for a quote, and asked for Georges. After speaking with Georges and expressing my frustration with the lack of response, he hung up on me. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I advise others to avoid this dealership.

At Hayward Mitsubishi you have your classic blend of very friendly salespeople and sneaky managers who will try their best to trick you into up charges that are not only 100% optional, but total scams. They will try to up-sell you for "Security Guard" and "Zurich Shield" which are basically extended warranties for $200 each by tricking you into thinking that they are not optional. When I asked specifically, I was told by the sales manager George that "all of our vehicles come with this". In addition, I had a minor issue with one of the reverse sensors that I noticed before even pulling into my driveway on the way home. I brought the car back in and was told that it would cost me $450 to fix after waiting for two hours. Eventually, after trying to dodge my calls for another week, I finally resolved this issue with them and they agreed to send a check for $225 or the cost of the part. In my opinion it was too little too late. They would not even consider reversing the $400 of nonsense extended warranties. Think twice before you buy from Hayward Mitsubishi.

Super helpful after needing a car ASAP went to car hop and didn’t get help at all not even a try so I came here cuz I heard about the reviews Abe called me assured me I will be leaving with car. I did he was super nice and helpful and tried to get me the best deal and way to get my car since my credit score was low. Totally recommend this place ask for Abe he has year of experience.

It's the nicest dealership I've met during my one day shop trip for a 07 yukon denali. I was welcomed by a latino lady (Forgot about her name). Whole process was very pleasant. Price is reasonable. Though I eventually didnt buy the car (because it does not have a backup camera and the prev owner smells like a smoker). She even lets me drive car out without her companion and suggested me to drive uphills to feel the power. the 07 Denali is detailed very thoroughly. Doesn't look like a 10 yr old car. Will come again once another good car in inventory!

I asked the service advisor to detail my vehicle and have it vacuumed and got it back the same way dirty on the inside and out!

I went to this dealership and told them this my first car .once they think you're a rookie they will be very nice to you n try to take advantage of u ..they try to make make there cheap cars worth more then it actually is ..I went to get the lancer se black edition worth 20 k ...they try to fource me putting 6k down payment and the monthly payment added up if I was going to buy a Evo and they got impatient and try to get me to sign papers telling me I'm a owner of the car which was the reason why I didn't buy the car ...they try to take advantage and scam u ...watch out for these people if you dont know how dealers work have someone that knows go with u .
