This business fails at helping business owners with the services they advertise. They provide little assistance but charge a full-service price. For example, I came in to explain my business and right away the owner was not interested in what I was doing, he made it clear that he just wanted my money to incorporate. On top of that, the owner, Michael Myers admited he didnt know how to incorporate my business and needed a week to learn how, AND that I had to pay him $2,000 for the incorporation fees. Why should I give an owner money to learn how to do something they advertise they can do? I reckon its the same story with the other services they proudly advertise. Stay clear away snow birds, this place is a trap to steal your hard earned money.

Disappointed in writing this for a local business, but perhaps this review will save others the hassle. Filed taxes here in February, still have heard NOTHING and calling is useless as I'm always met with excuses! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Mr Meyers is a very knowledgeable man who actually cares! He will do a great job for you.

I am a Veteran and was REFERRED to this place, only for them to attempt to scam me into paying over $2,000 just to incorporate a simple business! Buyer beware.
