    I love my Harborstone. Any issues I have they always have a solution. I left bank of America in 2009 and been a Harborstone member ever since. LOVE Them!

    Harborstone is a great place to finance a vehicle.. however their short hours of operations causes problems with the average business model..

    Harborstone Credit Union is open very short hours and when you contact due to issues with login the response is unhelpful. I opened a joint account for my son per their suggestion but I cannot access the account because the system only recognizes my personal account. I wanted to just add him to my account but was told that would not be a good idea. The people at the bank are nice if you can go when they are open but the online is antiquated at best. The online banking is NOT user friendly.

    Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. I just called in and was on hold for over a half hour without anyone answering. I finally gave up. If you're looking for a financial institution that automates everything to the point you cannot get help from a live person this is the one for you.

    I understand the difficulties of the pandemic but Harborstone expects customers to operate at Harborstones convenience. Other businesses are allowed to open. A financial institution should not be the last to allow entry. I'm tired of waiting for callbacks that don't come. I can't open accounts or do the banking that I need to without making an appointment and I can't make that appointment unless I can reach someone at the branch. When you finally do reach someone they tell you there's no appointments available. You can't call the branch directly, you can only reach them through messages sent through their customer service line. And then you wait for a call back. When I do reach someone at the branch they want to schedule my appointment for the following week. If you don't want my business I'm happy to take it to a bank that does.

    Worst experience ive ever had with any banking institution. Will not work with you on payme t date, took 3 requests to get any info on loan, $14 fee to pay over the phone, cant use joint account to pay as my wifes name is on the card, severely lacks customer service. Never banking here again and will refinance asap. Avoid the headache

    Nearly impossible to get ahold of when you try you are on hold for a long time and then when they pick up they just hang up. Terrible banking and terrible Work ethic.

    My father passed away and it took months to get them to get things straight on their end. One employee told me there was a beneficiary then the next told me there was no beneficiary on the account. Long story short, this branch is not very efficient when it comes to handling the account of a deceased. My stepfather and I had to visit the branch 5 times to get this account paid out and closed. Save yourself and your family members the time and hassle and find another banking institution. They clearly don’t care how much of your time they waste repeating their processes over and over.

    Go to ANY OTHER CREDIT UNION! FEES UPON FEES UPON FEES! Call and they treat you like garbage. I was with BECU for 15 years and REGRET moving to these guys. Go to BECU they are so amazing! HARBORSTONE IS TRASH! 1 star is way too many stars!
