Need later hours... 5 or 6 would be better, drive thru even. 7pm Friday would be helpful to your customers Hours stink at this bank, close at 4pm 9-12 sat..why bother opening *HarborOne

Friendly staff and neighborhood atmosphere. Landscape is well kept and it's nice to see they care about the appearance of the place.

I already miss Coastway. The transition was terribly handled. Why couldn’t they have kept account numbers the same? And did they have to reopen doors the day after a holiday, on a Tuesday no less? When people would be flooding in, and there aren’t enough employees to compensate for the rush. I also called the number to activate my new ATM card, yet apparently it was already activated. Unbelievable.

This is a review on coastway itself not necessarily on this chain. They don't let me deposit my own check, cash, savings bond with a "first card" account! I can spend money its a debit card but thats the only thing its got going for it. Sorry this bank has terrible policys.

Coastway is a wonderful institution serving the local community! They are very customer centric. Always a pleasant experience!

Called the bank about a charge to my account, never called me back..horrible customer service.

Great bank, used the bank for years now with no problems.

If I could give it less than one star I would .I don't even have a number to call with questions
