It was our first time using harbor view funding as our lender and this is our 4th property purchase.We must say that this was the BEST experience ever !!!!Michael Mannino was very professional and super helpful with everything that came up during the process.He was very responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns,walked us through the process with ease and most importantly he got the job done and SAVED us tons of money with great rates!!!!!!catered to all of our needs and request....He is SUPER PATIENT and KNOWLEGEABLE...We went for a traditional conventional loan. Our offer got accepted right away because he made sure our loan approval was strong and clean ,almost as good as cash offer.....and we wer ready to close in 17 days!!!!
