We got a amazing deal on a 22ft folding ladder. We ended up getting it at 75 out the door. But.... at the same time they had so much over price. (Im not going to try to talk a price down that over retail, these items at pawn shops are used and sometimes it like they forget that. If I wanted rybio impact + drill at 125$ I just buy it new at that price)

Fair prices and they are willing to negotiate. Very nice ladies helped me pick out my very first designer bag. They have a huge selection of designer bags. Great experience. Have already told two of my friends about it. Down payment and terms of layaway are very affordable. I will be baaaaack!

The reason I give this place a 1 star is because one of the ladies (the store manager) that works at this place is very rude she doesn't care if you are talking, she will Talk over you , no respect for customers . Her name is Ruth. (the man with a beard is great) he let you say what you need to say even if He doesn't like it . he is very respectful and he will wait after you say what you need to say before he responds to you. I don't care how many years experience. This lady has working in pawn shops. She has no knowledge of customer service or how to handle Herself when it comes to help or serve others. she either needs to be fired or change her attitude . the only reason she has a job is because people like you and I go there to do business she needs to know that her salary comes from customers Like Us.

Since the store opened and especially with the crew of Ruth and Karina , I have had and still have the ultimate experience. I have spent thousands of dollars and will continue. Both employees treat as though I were the most important person to do business with. The store is always cleaner than the other in chain stores I have done business with. Great Place to do business!! Everyone is very helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Not your typical pawn shop. Would do business here again. Ruth is very helpful and made my shopping experience much easier to do.
