I have a 2017 Pathfinder. I went to get an oil change and a “complimentary” car wash. The wait was 2 hours, which was no problem. I was ok with waiting. When I received my car back, my car was given back to me the same way it was brought in. No wash, not even a rinse. I was going to complain, but for what? To wait another 2 hours for a car wash. Three days later, my husband checked my oil, and it was dark and dirty. Oil does not get that dark and gunky in 3 days. Now I’m doubting they even changed my oil since they didn’t even bother to wash the car. NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER go back to GUNN Nissan for car service.

Review is for the Service Department. Have a Titan XD Pro4x with less than 9K miles that I took in to have repairs done on the sound system (making loud static popping noises, and steady electrical humming even with radio off), as well as fixing passenger side camera which would work but only intermittently. Unfortunately, when I picked up the truck, I drove it probably 500 yards from the dealership and the static popping noises started all over again. So frustrating! Called the service manager immediately but had to leave voice message. Have not received a call back. Still upset that this issue cannot be resolved!

11 days after my 7 year warrenty expired my fuel pump went out. They, Gunn, told me it wasn't there problem. It was mine. They chrged me over $1000 to repair it. Absolutely the most expensive fuel pump ever. And also told me my new battery was bad. I just really think they pulled a fast one on me. I just have no way to prove it. I won't go back. It is a very sad day for me. I really liked that place untill my warranty ran out.

Was immediately tended. very professional, polite, courteous and pleasant. Prompt service for a recall situation, oil change. The waiting room area was clean, all the employees were aware of other customers, conducted conversations with respect.

My service advisor, John , was very nice and got me in and out before my deadline that I gave him in the morning when I arrived . I deal with clients all day long in my job and exceptional service is the number one reason they keep coming back to me. One bad experience and you could lose a client for good. Most people are willing to pay more for exceptional service and piece of mind. Keep up the good work.

I love my Nissan! I recently visited Gunn Nissan to have a recall performed on my Pathfinder. I had called, made an appointment and even showed up 15 minutes early! I was told that it might take 2-3 hours, something that I wasn't prepared for but oh well. Two hours of waiting later, the service tech finds me in the waiting room and informs me that they do NOT have my part!!!! I cannot tell you how frustrating this was. I called back a few days later and left a message on the service advisor's phone to please call me, something that never happened. It's now 5 days later and I have still not heard from them. I was told that it would take 24 hours to get the part.

They dropped the ball with the service on my car and their customer service skills. I had service done on Friday and on Sunday morning while I was in Austin, my car died. I emailed my service advisor that Sunday to let him know. Monday morning at 8, I called and the phone just rang. I called back at 930 to talk to the service manager, he never called me back. Had the Austin dealership fix my car. By Tuesday at 230, only heard for Gunn’s service department because my dad showed up to talk them. I doubt they would’ve called me back. They stand by their work and their quality of work.... I stand by that my car was stranded out of town because of their quality of work. I’ve driven Nissan cars for over 20 years and can safely say I will no longer be driving another Nissan because of Gunn’s service department.

With the patient help of a great sales staff I found a really good deal on a used car. I like the 48 hour buy back policy it gave me time to take the car to my mechanic and get a through checkout. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
