Wow, I was just treated like my business did not matter at all. I was trying to explain to this woman named AMANDA how I needed help with a loan, only to have her get an attitude with me instead of giving me any sort of patience at all. Mind you I was frustrated with the fact that I had waited three weeks and had not heard back from them. This woman, instead of offering me any sort of apology or actual help just kept giving me attitude and talking over me. Ultimately telling me she was going to transfer ME over because I'm not going to treat HER negatively. Girl, talking over someone who is YOUR customer is rude! I shouldn't have to educate you on this and if you take that as me being rude? Well, you somehow got this whole thing mixed up, since I'm not the one with the job there. I would implore that a supervisor readdress this with her, because a bad attitude at work is a great way to lose buisness. Which reminds me the icing on the cake was that once I was transferred over to a supervisor I was never offered an apology for any of this and was told the loan I had been gathering information for was invalid. You all deserve this negative review. Thanks for getting my hopes up and then failing me. Do not use this bank, I sure wish I hadn't trusted them.

Gulf coast federal credit union made it super easy & fast for applying and getting my loan. Also I received $150 at the beginning just for opening an account. 10/10 I’d recommend.

Not worth the hassle of opening an account. I've never had such various issues with a bank. Initial sit down to start our account was not thorough and details were barely explained. Took 2 weeks for debit cards to arrive and then had to issue new ones. The mobile app is very frustrating and basically useless and the website is incredibly outdated. Almost everything has to be done in person.

My experience with GCFCU has been great. Especially working with Tina Marmolejo. She is always friendly and willing to help any way she can. PLUS, President/CEO - Jeremy Garza, has a very inspirational story on "Start Small, Dream Big".

Don’t mail in a money order for your car payment they will lose it. I checked with the post office and they provided me with proof that it mailed. Someone at Gulf Coast credit union dropped the ball.

Tina, was very helpful and was very accommodating during the process. She was very detailed in her explanation of different products that they offered. I would and have recommended many others to make his or her experience the same.
