Gulf Coast Community Bank N Palafox St, Pensacola

I recently tryed having a construction loan closing in the process. It’s been 6 months. They finally called me to just tell me they wouldn’t be able to do the construction loan after all this time they have been dragging me around wasting my valuable time that I could have been trying to figure something else out to finish my home. I went above and beyond for these people for signatures, survey, etc. I am giving this company 1 star for poor customer support and poor communication as they took forever to answer my father about the loan. Now we’re sitting here wondering how we’re going to do it after 6 months of waiting on this bank. Please do your self a favor and do not get a construction loan from these people.
