If we had any questions we just called and they were able to answer us, but the best part, we never had to speak to a machine, it was always a friendly voice at the other end. Our experience with Kathy and Guild Mortgage was excellent. We were first time homebuyers with little knowledge about the process and crazy schedules. She was accommodating, worked with our schedules, and always easy to get in touch with. We had a difficult closing process with unique circumstances.
