The refinancing and home buying process is pretty daunting, especially for someone like myself who has no knowledge of it. So finding the right person or people to help was of the most importance. I heard about Jen through family, my wife and I took a chance, and wow was it a good decision. We have purchased a home and refinanced with Jen, both experiences were very easy walk throughs by Jen, Jessica and the rest of her team. Our latest was the refinance. Jen emailed us about some great rate opportunities, and she sure was right. We found a great rate and within two weeks it was all said and done. She sent some Crumbl Cookies as a thank you/congrats and she continues to send informative emails about the current housing market, equity, and contests between her clients for cool prizes like an ipad mini.
