We purchased a vacation home in the state of Idaho in August. Traci was referred to us by another loan officer as she was licensed to process loans in that state. We were so impressed with her as she always returned our phone calls and emails the same day. She answered our questions and explained the loan process as we went along. She not only met every deadline, but stayed late to insure everything went smoothly, which it did. Traci and her team were a pleasure to work with and for any home buyer out there, we highly recommend her!

Tracie with Guild is top Notch! The stress of buying a new home is set aside as soon as you walk in. She listens to your needs and explains every option in great detail. If you are buying a new house the need for sending in ALOT of your information (paperwork) is necessary, but Guild has a wonderful website that couldn’t be easier to use. It allowed us to upload all of our documents electronically. We feel extremely lucky to have found Tracie in this process! If you are buying a home, look nowhere else!
