If you want a mortgage guy that will always guide you to a result that is best for you then I would recommend Steve & Chantry. Twice I applied for a loan to refinance my home and they showed me how it was better for my situation to go about it differently. Chantry actually sent me to a different company to get a home equity line of credit because it made more financial sense than the refinance options they could sell me. We are finally moving forward with a refinance this year and couldn't be happier with their services and my interest rate is amazing! I happen to be in the real estate industry and send many clients to this company and tgey always take such great care of them.

Chantry and his team were awesome, it was almost too easy.
