Absolutely useless bank location. Opened an account because it was close to home. But they rented out all their offices to someone else and can't offer any help except depositing a check or cash which I can do at the ATM. Now there other locations locations are jammed up and have to wait over an hour just to ask a question absolutely rediculous. Also joined to get a car loan but don't want loan with a totally incompetent bank will be bringing my business to another credit union.

Researched this credit union online and was a bit hesitant about going due to other reviews. However, out of convenience of location I decided to go. When I got there, I told the teller that I wanted to open an account. She mentioned to me that the person who opens the accounts is on their lunch break and asked if I didn't mind waiting. I said sure, however Karina T, came out from the back and said that she would help me. I told her she could finish her lunch and that I didn't mind waiting, but she insisted. She was very cordial and helped answer all of my questions and we began the process for opening an account. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional. I plan on going back to open another account!

Went to deposit a large check and open a checking and savings account. I ended up sitting for nearly an hour waiting for the Loan Officer who was busy with another customer. The Loan Officer thanked me for being patient and we began the process which consisted of several questions detailing the types of accounts and services I would like. It was during this process that I began to get the distinct impression that the manager did not like me. I asked her what the difference was between a bank that was non profit and one that was not? She responded with: "we are not a bank we're a credit union and if the "bank" makes a profit it is divided among the shareholders" it was not what she said but the way she said it like it was a stupid question that she is tired of answering. I let that pass. Then she asked me if I was employed and I told her that I was a student and where, she said: "well I've never heard of it" It was at that point that I told her: "that I didn't like her attitude" she said "she didn't feel comfortable doing business with me" and I began putting things away to leave. I ended up wasting a hour and a half and never opened anything she told me that the information on the computer would be deleted at the end of the day but I didn't believe her. She was dressed in jeans and a tee shirt very unprofessional in her appearance and demeanor. So if you want to do business with Guardians be prepared for an interview by an egotistical condescending Loan Officer who chases business away with her attitude.. I took my business elsewhere and they were happy to cash my check and open two accounts. I would give Guardians no stars if I could.

I walked in with my brother who is a regular customer. All the tellers greeted him by name and offered to help him with forms he had to fill out. When I asked to see the manager (I needed to help my brother with a few items), they said she was at lunch. Then a moment later, the manager Karina interrupted her lunch to help us. My brother had moved several miles a way, and Karina offered to meet him at another branch to introduce him to the manager. It was immediately clear that with such a high level of service, it was worth the drive of a few extra miles to remain at this branch. There were a few other personal touches that I rather not mention here, but I do want to express my thanks to Lindsay and the entire staff for being so wonderful!

Guardians Credit Union has a great staff! One amazing part of the staff is Karina Talalay. Her help was a godsend when I opened my account with Guardians and she has cohesively answered all of the many questions I have every time I come in. Referred to by a friend for an auto loan every other bank was giving me a hard time but when introduced to Karina she made my auto buying experience easier, she went above and beyond, and provided outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend her and this credit union to anyone who is interested in banking somewhere where the customers truly come first.

The lake worth location tellers are a little rude they dont greet customers as they walk-in. The banker seats in his desk and was not paying attention to potential customer walking in. Whats the purpose of checking in and not paying attention. Another thing, my account was set up months ago and my debit card was never order. horrible experience. Now im just waiting for my debit card so i dont have to deal with the tellers at the lake worth location. Or ill drive to another branch location.

I love Guardians Credit Union! They're just like the old fashioned credit unions my grandmother used to use...they help you!!! I was with another well known bank for years and they did nothing for me but hold my money. I give special thanks to Jackie at the Summit location and especially Betty, the Teller at the Lake Worth Location. Betty is very helpful and curteous & kind while I was rushed and very confused. Betty took her time and went out of her way when it was close to closing to reverse a procedure that would have caused me financial stress.

Not so good customer service. I walked in, tellers are busy with clients which is understood . What I don't understand is why this gentleman sitting at his desk, did not greet me as I sat clueless to who is gonna service me. I don't care how busy you are, you don't ignore a potential customer. On top of that he was not informational so he failed at selling me anything. Now I'm second guessing my decision on opening an account with Guardians.

They never answer the calls, I have about 1 month trying to communicate and they do not answer, I made 2 deposits at the ATM and they charged me $ 38 for each deposit. I do not recommend it
