Working Jeff is like working with family. He handles all the critical details while offering a stress free experience. In my particular instance, I had issues with from the seller's and Jeff was able to quickly adopt with no resistance. Thanks to Jeff we able to get all the paperwork submitted on time. This was my sixth experience working with Jeff (3 new home loans, 2 refinances and 1 equity line) and he's come through every time.

Gross negligence. I understand mistakes are made, however, the lender backed out on my buyer 10 days before closing. Reason is they don't finance single wide modular homes. The file came across to them at the time as single-wide, clearly stated. Buyer paid for home inspection, appraisal, survey. Spoke to Jennifer Martinez who said buyer was refunded all money, which is not the case. I am glad that she did take full responsibility for this nightmare she caused. This has caused me extra money as the seller, starting over again when my house should be closing today. Mistakes like this should never happen. Unacceptable.

Michelle Lewis is completely incompetent at her job. She is a horrible mortgage broker and I would highly recommend staying away from her and her team. Guaranteed Rate management would not return phone calls and did not seem to care about her work product and the fact that it almost caused 3 real estate deals to blow up. Careless mistakes were made by her. Stay away!

My husband and I just bought our first home, in the middle of the process we had to switch lenders because the one we were using was awful. Jay with Gaurenteed Rate swooped us up and took such good care of us from day one. We could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone with gaurenteed rate was kind and patient and answered all our questions (we had A LOT!). I would recommend them to anyone, you will be taken care of.

Tommy and his Team are amazing, when I started the process of buying my first home I was very hesitant, Tommy kept me updated and informed and checked in on me. He was always a phone call, email or text away, even if it was 6 a.m. in the morning (lol). My first time home buying experience didn't go without a few bumbs/hurdles, which is expected, but Tommy and his team made it seems seamless. I cannot thank the team enough, big (((shoutouts)))) to Tommy, Jennifer, Marcy, Warren and the rest of the team!

Don't use this lender if you can help it! The branch manager will pass your loan application process to a person who lives in another state. They weren't knowledgable in dealing with VA loans but claimed they did. We had to go back and forth with them numerous times to get the paperwork corrected; it basically looked like they pencil whipped it. Yes, we were under a pretty tight deadline (25 days) but that is not an excuse to incorrectly complete the paperwork. In addition, they weren't consistent in the documents required for the loan application process. It wasn't until I brought up the fact that we had been divorced that then they asked for the decrees. We asked to cancel the appraisal on the home and they had acknowledged my request. I found out the next day they never cancelled it in time and my account had been charged $500. I then notified my realtor and the branch manager of this error. The branch manager Jason Hunter, assured me it was a mistake and that they would refund this amount to me. Once they found out I was no longer buying the home, they refused to give me a refund. To top it all off, Jason Hunter claimed he mistakenly replied to the wrong customer with the response that he would refund me. Really? If that is true that just means they make these kind of mistakes all the time. If you can help it, find another mortgage broker to use. You can find other ones who will offer the same rates. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!!

Working w Dan and Guarenteed Rate was a breeze. I've heard absolute horror stories of dealing w lenders...my experience couldn't have gone any better. Guarenteed rate made my home buying/lending experience so great. Their level of customer service and communication was impeccable. Many late nights I'd email back requested documents/information to the team and within minutes, would get a response from them. They work around the clock and are exception at what they do.
