⚠️ If you have financial goals, do not use this bank. ⚠️ Horrible bank. Every dealing with an actual person from this bank has been a bad experience. The customer service is less than sub par. If your plan is anything like mine, get into a credit union and build credit and a relationship with the bank for future goals. Then please let me help you by saying don't do it. I could spend an hour typing all the different instances why this bank has failed me. Again, I would like to emphasize the terrible, rude, incompetent, apathetic customer service they have. Makes you feel good when you apply for a credit card, talk to an individual, get their extension number, told I would get a call back. So after not receiving that call back, I called the extension and left a message. That was a year and a half ago. I'm still waiting on my call back. After 2 separate times of my credit being ran by gte. Since then I've gotten 3 credit cards and financed a vehicle through other banks, while still a member with gte. The bank I've spent two years moving 10s of thousands of dollars out of and kept a savings account the entire time, wouldn't even give me a credit card. This is just one situation. I've collected dozens as a by product of patience and hope that all of the frustration would be an investment. Nope. This bank sucks.

Lisandra called me about a car loan I had inquired about previously and I had informed her I actually already purchased the car, she told me I could actually refinance and me being unsure what any of that meant she explained in great detail so I understood! With her help I got my APR dropped half of what the dealership gave me and saved me on my monthly payments! I have already referred her to several of my friends who want to refinance as well!

Have been a member for years but just recently moved to the area and needed help with my account. Best experience I’ve had with the company yet, this is a great location and even better staff! Thank you Michael for all the help!
